Small teams, big decisions: how we prioritize at Desplyne

With a small team, every prioritization decision carries double the weight. We can't do everything at once — so we've learned to choose early, and to choose little.

Our rule is simple: a project moves forward only if it has a clear impact — on a product or a partner — within the next few weeks, not some vague future.

That rules out a lot of interesting but premature ideas. It also leaves room to do the few things we do choose properly.
